2012 series. Humanized Leo, Raph, Donnie and Mikey aren't related by blood, but they all see each other as brothers. They are all the same age just a few months apart. They're orphans who all share a room due to having medical health issues. Leo has OCD, Raph is bipolar, Donnie is autistic, Mikey has ADHD. They all have PTSD due to how they lost their parents. This self-blame ultimately turns into depression and he was left more broken than any other man nor turtle could. Can his brothers still help him pick up his broken pieces when they were literally worlds apart?
