Sofia Bianchi. Ragazza dal carattere difficile, lunatica, complessa, sotto certi punti di vista pazza e diffidente. O la ami o la odi. Non c'è una via di mezzo. Non le piacciono le mezze misure quindi o tutto o niente. Il suo passato difficile l'ha portata a non credere più nell'amore a tal punto che le stesse persone che la circondano l'hanno soprannominata "cuore di ghiaccio". Niente la scalfisce più oramai. Vede sempre il lato negativo delle cose. Stronza con chiunque la provochi o le tanga testa ma dolce solo con le persone che riescono ad oltrepassare la sua barriera. Si fida solo di poche persone tra cui la madre, le sue due amiche Alessia e Giorgia, pazze quanto lei, e il suo migliore amico Daniele. Dopo una serata in un locale qualcosa però potrebbe cambiare. Riuscirà qualcuno a sciogliere il suo cuore e a farle provare amore? O sarà destinata a rimanere nel suo castello di ghiaccio per sempre? Riuscirà a tornare a vivere o ciò che accadrà la porterà a chiudersi ancora di più?
