The rewritten version of a story from nearly six years ago. It tells the story of Mykala Dawson, a young teen dealing with essays, tests, a job, and bullies, who finds herself helping out an injured mutant turtle. Said turtle is a bit of a genius and finds a way for him and his brothers to go to this elusive place known as school. While befriending the turtles, Mykala discovers some of the mystery behind the death of her former roommate, Cynthia Esquivel.
