So on her birthday she found a real live pistol on her dads desk. But on the night after, these cannibals were found eating a Labrador. So she ran away from home and took the gun with her. From then on, she met new people (who weren't cannibals) and survived without getting bit by the zombies, or does she?

a fantasy-adventure-teen fiction "Hey." I turn around at the sound of a voice. I look up at a boy around my age with shiny emerald eyes and brown hair that is pushed out of his face. I hesitate. "Uh...hi," I answer, lost in the boy's eyes. I've been attracted to people before, but never so incredibly speechless like this. Seriously? I sound like a poet or something. Dumb brain. I blush as I automatically think of his name as Rollercoaster Boy. He smiles and my heart beats a little faster. Ugh. Go away feelings! "What's your name?" "B-Brooke," I stutter out. Seriously? I stuttered? "Yours?" "I'm Pheonix," Rollercoaster Boy says, smiling. "Hey can I take you to a secret rollercoaster?" I can't stop a giggle coming from my mouth as he extends a hand. Stupid attractive guy. I take it and don't exactly care where he takes me. A few seconds later I realize he might be a murderer or something. You know, the innocent looking murderers that just turn out to be crazy psychopaths? Yeah, those. My smile instantly fades and I'm internally screaming.
