The sequel to Doom of the Galaxy. After Hayden betrayes the Doom Slayer and Samus thay are transported to Hell. They manage to get transported to the Fortress of Doom, but two years in the future because of how time works in Hell. Earth is overrun by Demons and it is up to them to stop the invasion. Their bond slowly turns into love. What happens next is unknown.

After the events of Doom of the Universe there are more threats for The Doom Slayer and Samus to take care of. The best part is that they can spend more time with each other and develop their relationship further.

The Scourge of Hell awakens to another Hell invasion and is ready for action. Unknown to him, Dr. Samuel Hayden has sent a distress message in hopes of someone coming to The Doom Slayer's aid. Help does arrive, but what happens next is unexpected.
