The year is 5XXX and 98%of the population and society was divided into 2 sides the 2% quirkless who don't have a gift of enithing and that were send to islands separated from society and treated as expendable and the gifted quirk users but then a new faction joined know as dopants wanting all domination of the world and whit them come whit gaia memories that gave the quirkless a chanse to fight and giving them a new attack group the nevers

What if another characters who obtains the Doubledrivers, Gaia Memories, etc... that saves their own city from the villains/criminals in monsters form called Dopants.
