The personal account of Colnith, queen and wife to the dead king of the Nandor, the Green-Elves. During her time spent in Menegroth paying homage to Thingol, she is thrown into the company of the spirited Angrod, a prince of the Noldor. At a time of change and conflict among the Eldar, when the diversity of their languages is being threatened, Colnith and Angrod form a complicated friendship, based on both mutual dislike and respect.

An origin tale that takes place before the events of the main story "To Live Again." It returns to Oropher's youth in Doriath, to a time before he was nothing more than a young lord in Thingol's court. It explores the love between he and his wife, the birth of his legendary son "Thranduil" their escape from Doriath, and the eventual coming to Greenwood. This is how a King is made. ***Not necessary to read the original "To Live Again" fanfiction. This is an ode to Oropher - after so many readers asked for more. Calaniel is great with horses but not so bright in kitchens (unless you're talking about the fires she starts, those are pretty bright). The Children Of Hurin is retold in poetic verse with a mild twist at the end. Despite getting most of the information from Tolkien, the tale draws from other myth which mastered Tolkien's work, like Sigurd, Beowulf, Oedipus. One of the saddest tragedies, hopefully this can maintain the spirit of the original while speaking to a higher sense of redemption and faith in a merciful power.

A ballad I wrote imagining the parting of Turin Turambar and Beleg Cuthalion during the events of the Silmarillion when Turin runs away from Doriath and Beleg is sent to find him. Just what was going through their minds when they were separated? This song was written as part of my story 'In Shadows', but won't appear in it for several more chapters. My first attempt at ever writing a song! I am currently in the process of creating the music for it.
