In 1994, while on an archaeological dig in Mesopotamia, Sven Nelson, along with his twelve year old son, Kent Nelson, stumbled upon a temple belonging to Nabu. Sven was warned by the scared natives to not enter the temple, warning him that it was cursed by a magic spell. Sven went in anyway, since he doesn't believe in magic. While wandering the temple, Sven pulled a lever from a sarcophagus containing the body of Nabu the Wise. This accidentally woke Nabu and released poisonous gas which filled the temple, killing Kent's father, but leaving him alive. Nabu took pity on Kent and wiped away his memory of his father, Sven. Nabu then took Kent in and raised him as his apprentice, teaching him the ways of the mystic arts and how to become a master at sorcery. After twelve years of training, Kent was granted the Helmet of Fate, now granting him the title as Doctor Fate, the Sorcerer Supreme. Doctor Fate promises to defend Earth and the universe from any mystical threats, while keeping balance across the multiverse. However, as Doctor Fate is protecting the universe, a new powerful threat arises. Doctor Fate must not only defend the universe from other mystical threats, but his archenemy, Wotan!

Morbius got misguided by Dormammu and wants to kill Doctor Strange and all the spider-men from all universes. But Peter 1 survived and takes help from the Ancient one and Peter 1, Peter 2 and Peter 3 get along for another time. Now, they are going to fight with Dormammu and Morbius.
