After meeting the turtle brothers, her life had drastically changed, but she wouldn't change it for the world. Instead of her normal, boring old life, she had an exciting new one, which just happened to include her four ninja turtle boyfriends. That's right, boyfriends. Emily was dating the turtles. All four of them. They adored her, too. Everyone's lives were happy and complete. That is until Emily was killed by the leftover footclan. This devastated the four turtle brothers. They had lost the love of their lives. They had lost the one person that was perfect for them. They had lost their happiness. Emily's death broke them. They became evil. They had no more good intentions. They wanted revenge. So, they took it. They killed the leader of the clan. Instead of killing off the rest of the clan, their evil intentions took over, and they became the new leaders. They brought the footclan back to it's full evil potential. In doing so, years had passed. Emily had been gone for five years. They had given up hope of finding a way to see her agian. That is until they find out time travel is possible. They used time travel to travel back to the time Emily was alive, and they were all happy together. The only problem is that they are evil and older now. Emily already has versions of them. Versions of them that are good. Emily and her versions of the turtles have no idea there are older, evil, time traveling versions of them. The evil versions of the turtles decide to kidnap Emily. That way, she is only theirs, and she doesn't have a choice about being with them. They know she would choose their good, younger counterparts. So, they take her. Due to the recent virus outbreak, badminton season is cancelled. Over the course of this year, I and along with my friends had developed new strengths in the sport and were excited to show them off in games and tournaments. Unfortunately, that won't be happening this year and next year the grade eights will graduate off to high school. As a team, we got along so well and had fun. Hanetsuki is based off real people in real life. The flashbacks are also based off of true moments that had happened. However, the current plot of Hanetsuki is how I imagined this years badminton team to go. Thank you, Mr. McNaughton and Mrs. Bosanjak who chose me to be on the official school's badminton team last year. Although I wasn't any good, you both encouraged and assisted me with advice when needed. You both helped me find a sport that I enjoyed to play competitively and love to play for fun, and for that I'm grateful. Dear eighth graders, I'm sorry that you guys didn't get those last few months of moments of you all having fun going out with your friends. I wished this season didn't get cancelled because I was hyped to play with you guys again. The season last year was insane, I loved playing with you all. I'm sorry you guys are missing out on your graduation trip, graduation dance and graduation itself. This year was supposed to be your best year. I never even got to say goodbye to any of you in person before you guys graduate to high school and we all go our separate ways.
