This is a rewrite of my original story painfully developed but Im still gonna give a good description- On an expedition led by the infamous dean of evil Lady Lesso herself finding herself standing opposed a woman in a black cloak who drops a scroll which when Lesso touches it knocks her out. But when Cassidy turns the page, the words begin to disappear. The deeper she reads, the more reality distorts-voices echo in empty rooms, dreams turn into memories she never lived, and ink stains her fingers like the story is bleeding into her own. Then, one night, she wakes up to find herself inside the book. Now trapped in a world where love and fate are written in ink, Cassidy must uncover the truth behind Dovey and Lesso's unfinished story. Clarissa has so many conflicting feelings. Some of them, she's not even sure if she should feel. Lesso just squashes those feelings aside. But with the many sudden changes the readers are causing, the two of them realize that maybe those feelings need to be addressed. It is best to be true to yourself than to hold up a lie. Right? Just a silly little Dovesso fanfic cause why not. The fic is mostly based off the 1st book, and I tried to stay as close to canon as possible.
