"What do you say, Wendy Adams? The innocent-looking girl that 'toes the line'." he quoted, and she rolled her eyes, "Sometimes on this side of the law, sometimes the other, depending on what mood she's in."
"I sound schizophrenic when you put it like that." she sighed. "Besides... we both know you don't want to make a deal with me." Wendy said, crossing her arms and watching the detective coolly. "You're the one that solves murders. I'm the one that's on the verge of committing one."
"I'll make a deal with anyone that could lead me to Moriarty." Sherlock pressed, locking his eyes onto her. They held each others gaze for a while, both of them refusing to look away. She shook her head.
"You'll regret it."
"I don't care." Sherlock said rashly.
She raised her eyebrows. Then, slowly, a grin broke onto her face. It was a vicious grin, all teeth, and Sherlock felt a stab of foreboding. She stuck her hand out. "Deal. Let's make Moriarty fall."
