Not enough people are aware of depersonalization or even know it exists. I want to try to write about it, how to know you have it, information about it, what it feels like, or just what people who experience it, like me, go through. I know it's not well written but I'm trying lol

Ilya never wanted this. She's always been perfect, until her sweet sixteen. Since, her life has taken a few abrupt changes. For one, she doesn't think she's living it. This is a story about mental health, if you struggle with DPDR, depression, or anxiety, take this as a warning my loves!!

This is my weekly experiences with this disorder so that hopefully more people can get diagnosed with it since it's usually misdiagnosed as anxiety or depressioand give myself more validation.

Introduction!! Hi!! A few days ago, i developed DPDR, alias depersonalisation derealization, and i think it could be useful, to write down what it's like. I'm thinking about telling you a few tips, if you're struggling with it as well, or if you know someone who does. Also, i'll write something like a journey, because it maybe could be interesting for some, and if you have DPDR as well, you could find comfort in not being alone. I mean, I hope so, I want to help! In the next chapter, i'm going to tell you what DPDR is like. And before I'd get started, don't worry, your life isn't going to be like that forever, you can 100% recover!!
