With a solemn favor from the gods above, the Dragon King sacrificed himself to destroy two dragons who fought even though their battle was against the Dragon Laws, saving all dragon race and the entire universe from total destruction that could've resulted from these two competitive dragons from the ice and fire lands in a competition to win domination over the lands of their world. However, with this sacrifice came his death—or was it really his death? Frozen solid as he stood as a crystallized statue on the edge of the cliff on which the historical battle had once taken place, forever to be a reminder to never again disobey the laws. Celtria Lucy Belovs was an average teenage girl living in a common neighborhood in the country, with friends and rivals who she had to feel the presence of in everyday. But with one unexpected event to ever come across her life, everything changed. Whipped through the voids of tomorrow and forever, she was teleported to a universe unknown to her. As she explores the sights of this universe, she meets dragons who possessed the ability to take their human form at their own will's command and they are who teach her of their laws and orders, and later discovers that she, too, had something special within her. Two dragons of the ice and fire lands, however, appear in the form of good allies, only as a disguise of their plans on revenge on she who was sent from the Dragon King's blood generation.
