Book One in the Draco Trilogy, written by Cassandra Clare. "When an accident in Potions class turns Harry into Draco and Draco into Harry, each is trapped playing the part of the other. The following is the work of Cassandra Clare, written before she published The Mortal Instruments, etc. The plot belongs to her, the characters to J.K. Rowling, and some of the witty dialogue + misc. content belongs to various other entities that are (sometimes) credited by Clare.

I'm literally only posting these so that I can read them on my phone's Wattpad instead of scrolling through a PDF on my laptop, so hopefully no one gets pissed and reports it for plagiarism (is that how this works?
