Baby Ruth is born in a small Minnesota town during the chilly winter of 1908. Growing up, she quickly learns to not only fend for herself but for others who needed it. As she grew up, everything is slowly taken away from Ruth, until she is left with just a khaki trench coat. She hops on a train to the city ready to restart. That's when Pearl came into her life. Forced to become prostitute, Pearl had never had much fun, until Ruth stoke her away. Together they explored the wonders of Chicago, quickly becoming close friends. The girls couldn't be happier, laughing and dancing every night away. That is until one day Pearl was jumped on the job with her friends Cora and Ada. Ruth ran to the hospital in tears. She couldn't believe how much violence had been used against them. Right then and there, Ruth swore that she would protect the woman of Chicago till her dying breath.

This is a short film that came to mind... It's basically two people who meet in the famous kissing booth. One has just gotten over a breakup, and the other is getting involved in her friend's idea. And... that's it :)
