Vasilisa also needs to decide whether to go off to Lehigh University to finish her studies or just stay at Court. Her decision becomes harder when something happens with Rose--something big. The thousand-year-old prophecy is revealed by Ekaterina, a former queen, and Rose must be protected--perhaps even more than the Moroi Queen herself.
