The Inquisitors story doesn't start at the conclave. She had a life before that, the journey that allowed her to become the hero that saved all of Thedas. In the early years of Nimiria Trevelyan's life she assumed the Circle will be her life. She grew to accept it, and find joy in the endless knowledge that she got to study. Lok Hawke, an everyday boy whom was born without aura or semblance. He was alienated from his family and lived alone....until he met A man named Hawke, a elven woman named Merrill, a pirate like woman named Isabela, and a short man with a Crossbow named Varric, 4 people from people from another realm who took him in and raised him. Hawke and Merrill taught him the sacred arts of Magic and in doing so made him an Arch Mage as well as adopted him as their son. Varric and Isabela, whom are is Uncle and Aunt, taught him the arts of stealth and disception and Varric also taught the art of story telling. But when he comes to Beacon Academy....he meets that which he wishes he never did....his past. But will new found friends change all that....and can his heart once again feel love?

When Hawke woke up, he knew something was horribly wrong. Well, something other than the fact that he woke up in a warehouse he didn't recognize with a killer headache and a distinct wetness still caking the side of his head. Or, Hawke gets kidnapped and Fenris has to save him.
