This is an alternate story of the Seven Deadly Sins/Nanatsu No Taizai anime/manga series crossing over with the Yu-Gi-Oh anime/manga series. Rather than swords and magical abilities, battles are fought with the Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters Card game. Though it isn't necessary to have seen either of the shows mentioned above, it would be helpful for some readers to know a thing or two about the Yu-Gi-Oh card game. Concepts such as turn phases and how each type of card is summoned or played might be useful knowledge for readers. The story does not follow any of he official Yu-Gi-Oh series. She's sort of part of it cause of Gowther, but isn't at the same time. Funny thing is, and something Anura doesn't know, is that King is liking her back little by little, day by day.
