Colin woke up in a nightmare. Trapped in the lightless ruins of Humane Laboratories, his only company was the shape-shifting monsters in the hallways and the two strangers who claimed to have saved him: Sam, a desperate biologist, and Neo, a terrifyingly calm coder wielding a glowing cyan energy who could seemingly bend reality to his will. Colin didn't trust them for a second. He was certain they were the scientists who had kidnapped him. Then, the Pale Virus breached their sanctuary. With their hours numbered, Sam and Neo made an unthinkable choice to survive the plague. They let the experimental fluid consume them, willingly transforming their DNA to become the very latex creatures haunting the facility. Horrified by what his so-called protectors had become, Colin ran into the dark alone. But he keeps surviving things he shouldn't. Someone-something-is watching over him from the shadows, tearing apart anything that tries to get close. The paranoia of being hunted-and protected-by things that used to be human is pushing Colin to his absolute breaking point. When the tension finally snaps, he will have to make a choice: figure out how to trust the monsters keeping him alive, or die alone in the dark.

(Note: This story including the other stories I am currently working on will have slowed update due to my lack of inspiration and laziness. In the facility Changed takes place in, there are numerous creatures, and they are quite unique. Each story will depict your encounter with these creatures.
