After the events of Crystallized and the Morningstars, the Ninja felt like they could finally be at peace, Katarina included. She got married with the King of Merlopia and moved in with him, and the Ninja were only stopping minor threats here and there. It felt like this could be their new normal. They could finally stop fighting. But then the Merge happened. And it seems like things are going to get a whole lot crazier from here...

After the Merge, the ninjas are split out over all of the Merged lands. After many issues and problems, most are gathered again, but there are issues. Jay is still without memories and Aria, Lloyd's sister and Cole's girlfriend, is still missing somewhere in all of the Merged Lands. The ninjas choose to pursue gaining Jay's memories back first as a priority. After learning about a mysterious magician, they travel towards The Shattered Peaks to find them. However, his search is cut short when a new (or possibly old) threat emerges on the horizon. The Overlord has returned, and he's not only after Lloyd- he's after one of his old students as well, one that possesses a very dangerous element that he has never heard of. When he discovers the existence of these elements, and notices one in particular has a few connotations to the woman in his dream, he starts to ask questions. Who are these people? And are they good, or evil?

This is my first story so bear with me. Constructive Criticism is very much welcome! Most, if not all, will be about Lloyd. I just find him easiest to write about. This story is supposed to happen after dragons rising ends.... But I am inpatient so I am writing it now. After being separated by the merge, an old friend just reappeared after a long time. But something's just started feeling odd.....

When Zane and Lloyd are sent out on a mission, they each encounter a girl, 2 seemingly ordinary, unrelated people, but somehow, their stories cross in the oddest ways; and they both had ties to the ninja. This occurs in place of Dragon's Rising. The overlord had two children, Oscura and Olc. When the ninja find them, the two have to make a decision about thier morals.

Years later an old foe, older than the name of time itself, returns, but this time one of it's forms is one you would never expect... [[Lloyd hasn't been doing well. Ever since Arin left the ninjas and wandered into an unknown area with Ras, Lloyd has been dealing with deep feelings of failure. Arin is a bit unsure. He knew he couldn't trust the ninjas anymore, but when he meets his former mentor, it isn't how he expected it to be.]] Sora is worried. Lloyd has been distancing himself and it's bad for his health. But after a while of solitude from her mentor they finally meet, but things aren't right. ??? has been tracking two kids. The first is the new elemental master of wind, Euphrasia, while the second is Arin, for reasons that dwell on their past.

We saw Lloyd's, Sora's, and Arin's. And the writers told us what Wyldfire's was ( Heatwave getting affected by the wasting sickness ). But we never saw Kai's. That leaves us with the question...... What did Kai see? Well, this one shot will tell you just that. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Basically this one shot is what I think Kai saw during Beyond The Phantasm Cave.
