After the Merge, the ninjas are split out over all of the Merged lands. After many issues and problems, most are gathered again, but there are issues. Jay is still without memories and Aria, Lloyd's sister and Cole's girlfriend, is still missing somewhere in all of the Merged Lands. The ninjas choose to pursue gaining Jay's memories back first as a priority. After learning about a mysterious magician, they travel towards The Shattered Peaks to find them. Things are finally calm in the chaotic Merged Realms, giving the Ninja a well deserved rest. Which is too boring for Wyldfyre, so she decides it's time for a party. Arin is as always excited, especially now that his former-but-still-kind-of best friend Frak can be included. For once, they will be able enjoy each others company, ever since meeting up again after The Merge. But lots of things have changed, and the longer the night goes on, the more Arin discovers that he's maybe not just looking to continue his old friendship. But whether he has the courage to act on those feelings before the party ends, that will be up to him.

Timeline not same as the show. It's totally different. No one knows what had happened to Kai right after the merge. They mostly just brushed it off as mystery. But occasionally, some of the ninja would ask him what happened, and he would just brush it off as "It's fine." The ninja know it's not fine. Every time Kai got asked that question or if the topic came up, he would just clam up. Wouldn't speak much. Wouldn't answer and change the subject most of the time. And if he did answer, it would just be short and irritated. But Nya senses Kai's hurt. He's traumatised, she thinks. Nya wants to find out. But the truth about Kai comes out sooner than he expected.
