The Nature Of Boys Around Me is about this girl (the reader) that has a bunch of feelings towards this guy and, she just isn't sure if she could possibly have a chance with him. But not too long do other guys tag along and she finds herself caught in a trap, a natural thing boys do to the girls they think as sisters, or they just like the reactions of. Most of the time it's their crush. But with her? She is a weirdo, a geek. She doesn't mind it but, she's just a full bundle of emotions and mixed feelings towards others.

Olivia has been going to Watford elementary school since 1st grade, there has always been a bully, Madison. Olivia's single mom, Ms. Kendricks is struggling to keep their house together, the next day Ms. Kendrick loses her job! Ms. Kendricks might be interested in Mr. Derink, the meanest teacher. Olivia's mom and Madison's mom are best friends but what they don't know is that Madison bullies Olivia. Since Ms. Kendrick lost her job, will Olivia be able to stay with her mom, or live with Madison?! Keep reading to find out.
