"Lost in Tandem" is a female-driven dramedy centered around a goth seamstress and a playwright, whose lives become more complicated after an unexpected kiss. Co-written by Connor Aden and Taylor Elizabeth Claman, this short film was submitted to the 2019 Big Apple Film Festival and Screenwriting Competition (Winter Edition) in December 2018. Their script was selected as a finalist for the competition and won five free pitches to Virtual Pitch Fest. They are currently working on polishing the pilot episode which is based off of this short film.

Shadowhunters always had emergencies. But before he could stretch the institute's patience, Magnus grabbed his son and faced the problem. He reckoned with every problem but not with this one: unconsciously and fairly injured lay Alec on a bed. He bumped out of a portal and didn't wake up yet when Magnus and Max arrived. Magnus didn't know what he should think about this, if this person on the bed really could be Alec or not. And even Max wasn't sure about if he had his dad back or not.
