Harry, finds out and is worried sick, he doesn't understand why but it changes his attitude completely. Although Draco's in terrible condition himself, he can't but help but laugh, the chosen one, worried about him? Stupid. So a deal is made, perhaps it's unfair, but it's definitely something, something that'd change their future.

After receiving letters informing them of their return to Hogwarts, both Harry and Draco find their ways back to the school. Except this time, things are very different. Dealing with shared pain and observing the changes happening all around them leads the boys to form an unlikely friendship. The only problem is that Draco refuses to say Harry's name.

Draco Malfoy rounded the corner at a run, nearly slamming right into a puffy-eyed Harry Potter. Oh, boy.
