Draco Malfoy doesn't exist anymore. And he doesn't really mind. His parents do mind and have his life planned out. Marriage in the following year would be ideal, and in the next few, he should produce an heir for the Malfoy name. Continue on the line of pure-blood's and give up the annoying itch to change something. His beliefs cannot waver. But he finds himself somehow swept up in a friendship with his fiancée Daphne's, secretive, persuasive sister, Astoria. A blood traitor. Astoria is the embarrassment of her family, living unknown. A blood traitor with a secret blood curse, destined to die. Deciding to try and do good, make up for who she was and is, she joins the Ministry of Magic. It is there she finds purpose, and finally-friends. Tracey Davis and Hermione Granger. However, outside of the Ministry, befriending Draco Malfoy-someone who goes against all of her ideals-was not in her plans. Friends become enemies, enemies become friends, and Draco is falling in love with his fiancée's sister, much to his parents' displeasure. Maybe he doesn't want to fade away anymore.
