I am at 77 kilos. My weight. I want to reduce it to 60. So I want to begin this journey. It starts tomorrow, November 22, 2019.

Sometimes you find stuff, and sometimes there is really nothing there...but it's better to [do] and fails than to have never [did] at all, right? Trying to extract wisdom from webnovels is like mining gold. You have to read a lot for little gain, and sometimes just frustration. But when you found it, you feel it's worthwhile.
