Hey! This is a short story I wrote for this thing at my school called Express the Music where you listen to a song by a famous composer and write what the music makes you think of. Enjoy!

Life isn't easy for Dr Peter H. Devious; as the newest heir to the Devious family of mad scientists, in a world where superheroes with SUPER powers are the norm, he has big shoes to fill and a fair share of spandex wearing goody-goodies to contend with. And to cap it all off, he's found himself living a painfully boring and unimpressive life, living incognito alongside his faithful servant Bartholomew Braun in the suburbs of Super City. But Peter has a plan that'll cement his legacy and do the name Devious some justice! He's gonna rob the richest man in town, Vincent Gold, of his most prized possession: his advanced mechanical armor that turns him into the famous hero known as the Silverbug! With that powerful tech in his possession, he may very well stand a chance of going toe to toe with those wielding greater and more dangerous powers Not only that, but he plans to do it on the very same night that Gold is hosting a fancy dinner party, with all the cities greatest heroes invited! Such a daring caper will require as much wit, bravery, and fiendish follow through as Devious can muster... and when a mysterious red-clad interloper enters the picture, even that might not be enough! Come along for a ride full of amoral actions, devilish diatribes, evil excitement and absolutely DEVIOUS derring-do, in the exciting first installment of the Adventures of Dr Devious!
