This is a rulebook for a Tabletop Game I am currently making with a MEGA download link to the Faction Booklets. It is a mod I work on for my free time attempting to adapt the Dread Universe into Heart of Iron IV (Mostly taking place in North America). I am doing my best to write, code, and plan for the "Dread Universe" and wish to see it become a full fledged universe at some point.
