Universam
A coastal resort town on Canada's Cape Breton Island, lost in a state of perpetual decay. Luminary Harbour isn't just forgotten-it's being unmade. Reality itself is fraying at the edges, consumed by a living anomaly lurking beneath the town. Its primary symptom: an unnatural fog that doesn't just obscure, but dissolves.
Strange fogs roll in from the Atlantic, carrying whispers of those who vanished in the 90s. Their echoes are now heard through static-filled TV screens and phantom phone calls.
The only ones who sense the truth are a group of outcast seventh-graders from the local middle school Film Club, led by Sophie Rushmore, a hard-of-hearing geek who sees the world through a filmmaker's lens. When Sophie vanishes into the fog one night, her best friend and twin brother are forced to confront the impossible.
This is a story of liminal horror. It's the dread of pixelated glitches, forgotten websites, and the suffoking question: what is real? To love the Backrooms, Dreamcore, or the haunting aesthetic of the early 2000s is to recognize this place.
Trapped in a town that reality itself is deleting, these teens must search for answers they might regret finding. The abandoned "Mirage Project" research station is reactivating, and the fractures in space have chosen them-not as victims, but as unwilling guides to a dimension that feeds on human thought and trauma.
Their only weapon against the unraveling world is their fragile bond and the unique pain that makes each of them a target-and their only possible salvation.

It's my book-series for several seasons with a rather deep and intense lore, which will be revealed throughout the story.
