I asked his family why is he in coma and his family just said that it happens that one day they are not able to wake him up even if they do their best to wake him up . It happens after their party a very tiring party. What if you fell in love with him in your dreams and in reality . But he is still in coma how would you take it . One day his family decides to do mercy killing coz they dont have enough money and its been a long time since he is in coma so they decided to end up his pain, his life .
