Each time he's been taken in he gained a new trauma, so he has major PTSD. Since he was returned so many times the adoption place hid him from people and mistreated and neglected him. Heat bubbled around him, making his clothes stick to his skin. Closing his eyes and taking a breath, he put his quill to the paper. "Dear Mr. President, How have you been? I've been kinda lonely. The days here go by so slowly..." __________ Tubbo sat at his wooden desk, filing through his papers. He sighed, laying his head on his hands. Being President was hard. Then his eyes caught the parchment that he'd left out earlier. For his letter. Maybe... if Tommy wouldn't see him, maybe he'd read his letter? Slowly he grabbed his quill again, and taking a breath he pressed it to the paper. "I miss you. The memories of us when we were younger keep coming back. I want to come tell you, but I'm sure you're alright..." ___________ Or Tommy is in exile, and Tubbo is in L'manburg and they each write a letter. For very different reasons. This is based off my interpretation of the songs Letter to Mr. President by Kanaya and Letter to a Dead Friend by Precious Jewel Amor.

Tommy is a boy that has passed, since his bad memories out weigh the good ones he can only remember the bad things in his life. Dream is a male who has betrayed everyone to get to where he was only to end up in prison, but what will happen when he realises he is the villain in his own story after growing up believing he was always right. (There will be more POVS but these are the main two and NO these are not a ship)
