J.cole visits Charlotte for the very first time, and the only task on his list is to kick back and relax. This becomes difficult to achieve when a lady catches his eye, he's soon caught up in a wild countdown in order to make the girl of his dreams fall in love with him before his vacation time is up! But does he manage to? First of all there is competition. Jasmine's protective friend.... who's a boy. Why would he possibly let some celebrity swoop down and take away his everything? He was not going to back down willingly. Petty glances turn into a battle to save J.cole's incognito. Then there's the stubbornness of Jasmine -who is totally unaware of Jermaine's job at hand and just sees a man who doesn't know when to slow down. -Is possibly using her to get some, and she was determined not to be 'that girl'. This risks their relationship, and could mean Jermaine never sees her again. Jermaine finally finds the answer to the question that's always been on his mind. Is love a losing game?

Jermaine was a college student who did everything it took to stay out the way, but that was all before he laid eyes on a girl who reminded him of a star due to the way she shined, would she be worth the chase or just a waste of time.
