Dream was being sent to a mental institution due to his random outbursts and intrusive thoughts. He saw things no one else could see, he was crazy, and in distress. That was until George came along. George diagnosed him, prescribed meds to him, and treated Dream like any other person. Dream was dumbfounded at first, but then succumbed to the feeling of love.
