Short poem

*sequel to Ashes* Sharon has remembered her name, but is still no closer than she was to finding out what happened to her friends, Joshua and Markl, who think they finally have a lead on what Alice wanted them to get for her... but Alice has other things in mind for them, and will even resort to pulling more players into her "game." Meanwhile, Lycurgus is unsure whether he wants to help his old doctor start a war, and the Mai Shashi has some news for them, about the Shriekers, and on how she got mixed in the current situation. What does Alice have planned, who is she really, and who was the person Sharon saw in her dream?

Keeping yourself alive in a world of whispering shadows, forgetful smiles, and the glint of knives is hard enough, but keeping the crown Prince alive as well? Story-poem about the adventures inside a dream

I am a black woman and for as long as I know I have been a writer and a poet. When life gave me troubles I wrote. And for just as long I have been a poet that writes with darker connotation. My friends and family called me the Black Edgar Allan Poe and while it was a fun joke most chose to look over that what I wrote stemmed from my own pain and experience and nothing else. Now while I have grown and created depth within myself as a writer, I never stray too far from my roots. This series will be of poems, long and short, throughout the years that will guide you through the gateway of my brain that is my experience in agony. Welcome and Enjoy🖤🐈‍⬛

So I finished Her GranD DesiGn, and wanted to write something. My friend told me to write about a ghost boy for her. So I did. :3 Warnings: Death, non-gruesome for once, wandering spirit.

Mona Blake is a 14 year old girl in 8th grade. She has haunting dreams about a certain day in her life. Over and over each time getting worse and more descriptive until one day. The day. Slowly she figures out the truth about herself and others around her. Although she's not prepared for what the world has in store for her yet. Read Tearful to find out what happens to Mona and her treacherous life. This is my first book so I hope it's good enough! :) There's more to uncover as you read. Be aware there might not just be one story.

A l l J e n s e n w a n t e d w a s t o b e w e l l . * * * * * * * If you want to know the purpose of this story and my reason for writing it please read the next paragraph(s): This story is for me more than it is for you. I'm putting my writing to practice in order to cultivate and hone my skill as a growing writer. Since there are other projects that are more of my center of focus this one won't be carefully or thoroughly edited. Nor have I put intensive research into subjects that may relate to the story. Considerable time will not be spent on it either. To be quite honest, I have no idea exactly where this story is going and I can't say whether it will be worth the read or a rewarding read. It's entirely up to you to decide that. So I'm not going to vouch for something I wrote merely because I wrote it. I want to see what I will come up with. I want to see how I'll swim, when I throw myself into the largest of seas, the sea of imagination and creation. I can say however, based off what I've written so far it will be a dark, quiet, oddly paced, and gloomy piece. At least, that's how I feel when I write this story and that's what I see although the full vision isn't quite there yet. It's slowly focusing into clarity like a camera lens or your vision when you just wake up. If the exploration of darker themes bother you or make you uncomfortable to an unbearable degree, then I don't think I would recommend this.

A tale of reflection.

This is an excerpt from my first story SDITF, which is currently incomplete. The excerpt is not going to tell you explicitly, but this excerpt does not take place in the present era of the main story. I am also not going to tell you exactly what anything in this excerpt means, so you will have to piece it together yourself. Enjoy! Also, the main reason I wrote this, was for a state writing contest within highschools in orlando. Anyways, enjoy! (this shit is written in a very confusing way on purpose, just look at the tags.)

After a long, toxic relationship with their girlfriend, they decide to give her one last appreciation of the relationship, the grand finale of their love story. A short story by Mage

Our main interest, LaZari, is an introverted teenager trying to accept the fact that she is growing. She has two best friends, Cj and Fae, who are in the same boat. Even though them being best friends, LaZari and Cj develops feeling for each other. The friend group, along with LaZari's mom and "stepdad", decide to go on a vacation. This is where the story takes a dark turn and all is bad.
