Jake's life is falling apart by the minute. He lost both his parents when he was only 5 years old, his foster family treats him horribly, and to make matters even worse, he even gets bullied at school for his musical ability to sing. He hasn't ever smiled in true happiness because of this. His friends are fake. Not really. Drew, for one, cares about Jake a lot, and so do the rest of his "fake" friends. When he joins the music club, he finds some solace in his newfound friends, but not enough to make him smile again. But what happens when Jake starts opening up to a certain friend? Will it be enough to make him smile again? Read to find out! :3

Drew and Jake have been great friends since freshman year, ruling the school. Nothing could get in their way as long as their group stuck together. But when Jake joins the music club to get the attention of his crush Daisy, things start to change. Jake finds himself enjoying the club more than expected, bonding with new friends over their shared love of music. But Drew struggles with this shift, feeling left behind as Jake spends more time at practices than with the Jomies. Drew's resentment and jealousy grow the closer Jake gets with his club mates, especially Hailey. But there may be more to Drew's turmoil than he cares to admit, even to himself. --- First fanfic attempt...and its gacha characters. LOLLL. Probably an unusual choice, but they inspire me most. Writing characters authentically and keeping the narrative flowing smoothly was honestly really tuff. And my first language is Deutsch. So, I welcome constructive feedback as I'm still learning. The music freaks were finally able to defeat their long-time enemy. Luke. He's one of the most powerful demons their society has faced, and Zander and his friends just so happened to be the ones to face him. However, to their dismay, instead of killing Luke, they turned him into a human. A human with a few demon-like physical traits. They agreed that it would be Zander to take care of Luke. But things went wrong. Zander made Luke fall for him, and Zander fell for Luke as well. What will happen to these two? One who does not understand his emotions nor how to express them. And the other with awful anger issues and can quickly get mad. This is a Lander fanfic, obviously. In this au, Luke is a demon and Zander is a human. This is sort of inspired by Gravity Falls. The Music Freaks all belong to RosyClozy. I take no credit for the music freaks. I do take credit for the storyline of this fanfic though, as well as my ocs.
