A misfit band of hopeful adventures sets out to explore Lynthius, the third realm of five. A girl's only chance of survival is a piece of driftwood and hope.

The Velvet Pack sets off for a day by the sea-unaware that beneath the surface of salty breezes and sun-warmed rocks, secrets are waiting to be discovered. Captain Angel leads the way, Boots brings the banter, Snail packs the picnic, and Whiskers tries not to sit on seaweed. As caves echo with curious whispers and a glittering stone appears etched with unfamiliar symbols, the pack finds itself swept up in an adventure stitched together by sunshine and fate.
