Full of recipes that are PCOS friendly! As a girlie who struggles with PCOS and wants to be sure I'm drinking the right things I thought I'd share the recipes I've used over the years. Non are my own original recipes!

These "Nutrition" places that are Herbalife are popping up everywhere and I'm going to review the drinks I have tried at these places, and which places a certain drink was from. Sometimes they might have the same drink from more than one place, and I had both to see the difference. I might also talk about the people and anything us around these places.
