It's the year after the battle of Hogwarts. Draco returns to repeat his last schoolyear. Ginny and Hermione are also returning. They're all in the same grade now.

"Weasley, Ginevra" McGonagall said loudly. Ginny walked up to the old stool with shakey legs she looks in the crowd and sees her new friends sitting at the Slytherin table. Draco gave her a thumbs up Ginny smiled in return.McGonagall places the hat on Ginny's head. " Another Weasley I see, but you are more complex. I see better be SLYTHERIN!" The hat shut the last word. This seems to send the whole great hall into silence. One kid drops his spoon onto the floor. That seems to break everyone out of their trance. What if Ginny was a Slytherin?
