These powers seem to be especially common among those who possess extraordinarily talent, most notably at Hope's Peak Academy. Atsuko Nakajima, the Ultimate Vigilante, is dissatisfied with all the destruction those with superheroes cause, and decides to form a club to recruit people to stop the superheroes.

(Yes this book series thing will have Komaegi as one of the main ships in this despite this being about a oc- it's there-) (And we get some oc and canon interactions) (Hey this is somewhat doing okay on AO3 so why not try here.)
