A relic Of The Past is the 1st in a 3-part series called A Drone Of Theseus. It's a rendition of Murder Drones by Liam Vickers, about a drone of Tessa, held as a slave in the Elliott manor, by a skin-wearing master. After the Solver leaves to attend some business off world, Tessa must overcome hopelessness, identity conflicts, and the guard Cyn left behind to watch over her, in a desperate attempt to escape, and perhaps someday, confront her old friends on what happened the night of the Gala.
