Shigaraki meets Touya Todoroki, a enigma to Shigaraki, After a while Shigaraki realizes that he can manipulate Touya into drowning himself in the lake and well.. you will have to read the book to find out! PS no one in this book has quirks besides Shigaraki PSS i might add illustrations later on Im not sure though.
