Hotaru confessed to Senku three times and has been rejected three times: 6th grade, 9th grade, and the day before the petrification occurred. She always believed that Senku's rejection will keep her from fantasising and help her to move on, knowing that Senku, the science geek, will never have an interest in love. This mindset helped her to get through the years yet, 3700 later as she woke up, she only had one thing in mind: Ishigami Senku.

Wait, what's the last one doing in there? She wasn't a therapist either! If she ever got out of here maybe she really would kickstart civilization just to stick it to Tsu-no, that already sounded exhausting. She'll continue being spiteful and contrite just to push Tsukasa's buttons though. She felt she was getting really good at that.
