But even stranger things had been happening to Riley. She gained something incredible. Riley decided to go back to Starling to seek guidance from a hooded friend, but never arrived. After a year of being missing, Riley returned to Central City ready to kick some meta-human butt. I don't own the flash, arrow or Celia Queen.
