Though these days she goes by Thorn girl the current reigning champion of Power Arena's sub ring, the second most competitive underground ring in which Inhumans are sent to fight for their lives. Things begin to change however as the Power Arena Championship comes up, Inhumans seem to be getting stronger and more powerful through any illegal means, drugs, cheating, any way to survive. Any way to win. Her only hope seems to be in Tristan Sterling, the handsome newly recruited hand to hand combat trainer and Norm that acts different from anything she is used to. With time running out until the sudden death matches, Wren must rise above the powers against her and fight her way to the top. Can she survive the ring, and if she can for how long?

The world that we used to live in was gone. It's so far from what we've become now. the government has taken full control of our lives. Ever since that disease broke out of nowhere, the government has done a selection for volunteers in their fight to find a cure. No one ever comes home. And I guess it's my turn.

It all just kinda of happened: after working for the famous Swellview hero Captain Man and the death of my former identity. I moved to Dystopia with two of my closest friends to fight crime and uncover the truth that lied beneath its garish colours. Now we blow bubbles and fight crime. Feels good... Quite a lot of the triggers apply especially violence. Also the story's slow to pick up so if you want to skip to action go to the chapter called Night Hawk!

"Go to hell." I spit as I land my knee into his gut. His grip releases though he doesn't move off of me. He regains his bearings quickly and pins my wrists to the floor above my head. I squirm beneath him as I try desperately to gain the upper hand. "I wish it had been harder than this." He whispers into my ear. I feel his lips pecking his way to my throat. Panic consumes me as I continue to fight. He effortlessly moves my wrists to one hand as the other pins my head to the side, out of his way. "I wonder how you will taste." He ponders. He kisses the spot where my jugular is located. I try desperately to get him off and away from me though I know now it is close to pointless. I can't stop fighting though. It's not in my nature. I can feel his lips curl into a smile against my throat. "I'm going to enjoy this." He whispers before I feel his teeth at my throat. Alex is on the run. Ever since They killed her family and friends she has been trying to escape the city. They want her, alive, at any cost. With a couple survivors like herself, can she escape Them and finally be free? Or will she lose her battle?
