Remus starts a band, and Roman, the twin and roommate of Remus has to go and collect snacks and deal with the band when they practice. One day, Roman runs into a cute shy and oddly mysterious guy who had auditioned to be the drummer of Remus's band. So Roman proceeds to try and catch glimpses of the guy, but he's just a little too slow at catching an introvert with anxiety.

Virgil is a sixteen-year-old kid who has always had a problem with fitting in. His family life sucks with a gambling addict for a mom and a dad who is never around. At school, it only gets worse. He has a friend named Patton who won't stop standing up for him (for Virgil it's a bad thing.) Virgil also has two enemies who run the entire highschool, yay. Sometimes he just feels like he's trapped, trapped in issues.

(If you are from my other Sanders Sides Highschool AU, no this is not the same plotline, and hello!) Virgil is a student at the Academy for the Young and Bright (a fancy name for a normal, sometimes shitty highschool) and honestly, life isn't too bad. Sure, he still gets night terrors and panic attacks almost nightly, sure his mom has to constantly pick up double shifts at the hospital to keep them afloat, and sure his older brother Janus gets into fights and gets bullied over his skin color and birthmark. But really, everything's fiiiine! He has his best friend Patton, and his other friend Logan, and he just met a new guy who is actually pretty hot.... (Characters do not belong to me, they belong to Thomas Sanders, the only thing I own is the story/plotline!)

Virgil had been in the house for a few years. Of course he had, he had died there, he couldn't leave. What he really didn't like was people in his house. He would do quite a lot to get them out, but one thing he would not do was hurt them. He wasn't a monster.
