The world we know today was very different in the year 2029. We lived normal lives, going to work, school, and spending time with our families, Until one night when strange ships appeared out of nowhere. Within hours, we were under attack by aliens standing seven feet tall, with advanced technology far beyond anything humanity possessed. Our governments tried to fight back, sending soldiers and weapons against them, but we were no match for their technology. Within only a few days, the aliens had taken over Earth and forced humanity to follow their laws. One of their most important laws was that all human children had to be taken away from their parents and raised in special facilities called orphanages. Human children would stay in the orphanages until they turned eighteen, when they would receive an injection that would change their minds into those of younger children before being adopted and raised by alien families. Over time, this became the normal way of life for every human child born on Earth. (not Edited)
