Eru's Breath is a story about Eldarion, a Peredhel serving the High King's Elendil and Gil-Galad, and his arduous journey that will lead him through fire and death.

3 years before the gathering of the fellowship, Legolas is still a young, joyful elf. However, certain events take place that lead him to become more sorrowful, and more importantly, introduce him to some people that could very well help him in the future... Aragorn's sisters join them to a quest

Those who don't know me fear me, for I pass like a shadow in the night. Unseen, and unheard until I am right in front of you. I am a ranger, a Dûnedain to be exact. There are not many who know me, or who know my past. Those who do, I seldom see. I never stay in one place for long, nor do I think I will ever belong anywhere. I travel by myself, alone. I can have a short temper at times, and everyone is afraid of me. No one will ever love me, and I will never love anyone. But can a cloaked man, who wanders Middle Earth, change that?

A short Aragorn x OC ficlet I wrote years ago.

"One ring to rule them all, One ring to find them. One ring to bring them all, And in the darkness bind them." The world is changing, and Vaelia can feel it. She has seen the number of dark creatures in the wild grow, their attacks becoming bolder each passing day. She can sense a shadow stretching across the lands. And it all leads to her meeting someone quite unexpected: a hobbit. But this hobbit is one who has the fate of the world on his shoulders. For what he carries will decide whether or not the world shall fall into ruin.

She was a member of a dying race, one of the few Dunedain still roaming the north. After she was orphaned at a young age, Melody was raised by the elves of the Woodland Realm. She spent a majority of her life in the Greenwood, but yearns for the adventure she once knew as a ranger's child. On her 56th birthday Melody leaves her adoptive family to set out on the greatest adventure of her life. She spends several years traveling through Middle Earth, visiting the places she always wanted to see. And after some convincing from a trusted wizard, Melody goes to the one place her Adar always warned her against.
