Book Two in the House of Greenleaves series (Don't forget to read Daughter of Arnor first). This book is subject to a complete Re-edit now that book one is finished. Please note my books follow the Lord of the Rings book lore and chronology as much as possible.

Luwén is one of the Dúnedain, a descendant of the once grand people of Númenor. All her life she has carried a dark relic of the past, its purpose unknown and its power growing stronger by the day. Finding answers has been her life's goal, yet now her gathered knowledge may be essential in the quest ot stop the darkness from taking over Middle-earth. Her path takes her over hills and under trees, from the light shining in the west all the way to the darkness in the east. Her bravery and perseverance will be put to the test as she sets out to uncover the secrets of her ancestors, whilst trying to stay alive in a magical, yet lethal world.

Let me tell you a story about a women who is Aragorn son of Arathorn's lifelong friend who joins him and the fellowship on there quest to destroy the One ring, keeping Sauron from ever returning to power once more. Join her on her struggles through loss, pain and truths. Her name is Katarina and she is ME!

This is the story of a Ranger of the North, named Amarth.

When a cloaked stranger brings word of a rising darkness beyond the lands of Mordor, old fears stir anew. Aldith is a young Ranger who fears nothing. But when she finds an army of Orcs, she worries for the survival of her people. She quickly retreats to warn her brother Haldin, the Captain of the Rangers, of the coming war. Although she finds him, they are quickly surrounded and she received a deadly wound in the process. After her recovery her brother leaves to join another battle with the Orcs. She secretly joins the group. Those who don't know me fear me, for I pass like a shadow in the night. Unseen, and unheard until I am right in front of you. I am a ranger, a Dûnedain to be exact. There are not many who know me, or who know my past. Those who do, I seldom see. I never stay in one place for long, nor do I think I will ever belong anywhere. I travel by myself, alone. I can have a short temper at times, and everyone is afraid of me. No one will ever love me, and I will never love anyone. But can a cloaked man, who wanders Middle Earth, change that?

It's Haruno Sakura's fourth reincarnation, and her second time as a skin-changing creature of flame and destruction. The name marring her skin brings both hope and despair in equal measures, because her name in that world is rarely spoken amongst those who remember it. The name hammered into her soul is as good as a curse. One which doesn't promise a happy story, or a happy ending in the slightest. Still, it doesn't stop her from longing for that elusive feeling which has escaped her in all three of her previous lives. Aragorn is weary. He has spent many of the past years journeying to distant lands fighting the enemies of Sauron. He is 49 years old, but is more mature than many men when they reach their death. Standing at the edge of Lothlorien, he decides to enter, even if it only be to rest for one night within the safety of its woods. Unsurprisingly, the Lady Galadriel is expecting him, and welcomes him in. While he is there, Aragorn reconnects with the one person who he has been trying to forget these past 29 years. Will feelings have changed?

Tirannûnmir, the Elves call me. Wolf is what the Bree folk call me. However, the name my father gave me is Meltir and I am Aragorn's Companion. Meltir is of the Dunéhuain, "Hounds of Westernesse" in the common tongue. Similar to the Beornings but gifted with a slightly deeper understanding of magic by the Valar and to take the form of large wolf-like hounds. Her father's race came with the Numenoreans across the waters and eventually sworn an oath to protect the line of Kings. Many of them died in the war against Morgoth and even more in the first war against Sauron doing their duty alongside their Dunédain companions. Meltir's ancestor died avenging Isildur by killing the orcs that had shot his companion. And so, the Dunahuan was bound to protect the last heir with her life and restore him to his rightful place from the moment he was born. When Arathorn and Belamrûn fell, Elladon and Elrohir took Gilraen, her son, and Meltir to the Last Homely House of Lord Elrond, who fostered the two children, naming them "Estel" and "Tirannûnmir". Please note that this is lengthy and follows the books, not the movies. Thank you!

Some random thoughts I got near the waves, and ones you could relate to ;)

Roper is a Dúnedan - a Ranger. As a child he was brought up in the Bree-Land, but after the kidnapping of his brother, Gandalf took him away to join his kin in the protection of West: a solemn calling laid upon the descendants of Isildur. From the troubled boarders of the Shire to the growing darkness of Mirkwood, He must learn what it means to be a Ranger - to face hardship and toil and love for the protection of Middle Earth. While there are well-known characters including Gandalf, Legolas, Tom Bombadil and Golberry, and Elladan and Elrohir, Roper is a completely original character as is Lorellin - a daughter of the Dúnedain whom he works beside - and I am not following any part of LotR or The Hobbit, as this story takes place years before.
