Dunwall Stories

Various things I've written for the videogames Thief (2014) and Dishonored. None of these characters/settings/games are mine. All credit goes to the original creators of the games.

Six-year-old Rosie Jennins lives in the middle of a horrid plague, which took the lives of many, including her mother, siblings, and grandparents. After her mother's death, she was all alone. Now living on the streets and facing the dangers of the world, Rosie must escape the scariest thing known in the sewers of Dunwall: she mustn't become a Weeper.

Dunwall, the capital of the Empire of the Isles, is a city on the verge of collapse. The streets crawl with rats and the poor souls ravaged by the plague, while the rich and powerful play their games of deception from the comfort of their gilded manors. But the death of the Empress is about to unleash a new kind of monster onto the streets. One who will stop at nothing to reach her goals. Revenge solves everything.

Here he was, on the cusp of humanity with eyes as green as peridots. He was here. He was now. He was alive. In the past, he would have believed such a feat to be folly--a foolish dream of a boy, helpless at his own funeral. But here he was, the assassin Billie Lurk at his side, one foot on the mountain of life and one lingering in the valley of death. He was The Outsider: a vestige of a boy, his name long forgotten, his past scarcely remembered. Of those he'd spoken to, only Vera Morey--better known as the witch Granny Rags in her last days of The Rat Plague, a shadow which still haunts Dunwall to this day--had listened, her deaf ears perked and her blind eyes seeing. She'd been a strange curiosity, and yet she died the death of a rotten-hearted murderer, the blood of the leader of the Bottle Street Gang, Slackjaw, forever staining her lips. To a being of over four-thousand years, life was a strange concept, and yet it felt so right.

Throughout the fantastic experience of playing through Dishonored 2 as Empress Emily Kaldwin, she often kept a journal that expressed her thoughts and close experiences with the other characters. This is her journal. All chapters in this belong to Arkane Studios and the creators of Dishonored 2.

Corvo Anttano royal protector of dunwall. Has been framed for the murder of the empress and her daughter Emily taken will begin his quest to get back the new empress Emily and restore order to the this region now infected by a terrible disease known as rat plague. But all is not as it seem their have been people working agianst the empress known as the loyalists. Can he win this well Emily sure does.this will be written as a journal that corvo is writing.
