While unassuming in appearance, Duo is the dictator of a country where under his iron fist he forces his people to "Spanish or Vanish," which is to say, anyone who doesn't do their language lessons dies. It seems Duo's rule is uncontested until a coup with an unlikely leader, Scrub Daddy, begin's scheming on ways to overturn Duo's terror. However, what once seemed a straight shot to topple the throne gets muddied when Duo and Scrub Daddy catch feelings for one another.
