Hikaru Misae is a romance novelist who has little experience with love. When she meets Izaya Orihara, she can't help but find him interesting. Izaya finds himself intrigued by her as well. The informant claims to love all humans equally, but perhaps there's one human he will love more than the others.

The city of Ikebukuro is thriving with activities from every individual going around it. Some may stumble the rumored "Black Rider" or a scene caused by Shizuo Heiwajima and Izaya Orihara. This city in Japan has so many interesting that it stroke the interest of two individuals. This story focuses around local info gatherer Denjiro Karakuro who has recently moved to this city with his boss Ai Samuyuki. Disclaimer: I do not own anything about Durarara only my two OCs.
