This is the sequel to A Little Lie. My Marco Reus and Erik Durm fanfiction, Back To The Beginning. A year has passed, since we last saw Mila, heartbroken, scared and out of her mind. Is she back with Marco? Has she gone her own way? And which part of her life does Erik fit into? One thing is for sure, nothing great ever comes that easy. Lessons are learned, and they might course a heart or two to be broken.

An upsetting past turned her away from football, a sport her family is obssessed with. But there is no way for Adele to avoid the sport, especially with her cousin being the star player of the family's favourite club. Adele is none other than Marco Reus' cousin. Adele hasn't lived in Germany for 11 years and her family makes their return to their hometown of Dortmund following her graduation in physical activity and sports sciences. Her degree combined with the help of her famous cousin, manages to find her a job at Borussia Dortmund. Adele rediscovers her love for football with the help of the rest of the club, and manages to find friendship and love. In particular, Mats Hummels and Erik Durm provide a source of comfort for her as she begins to confront herself and overcome her past. Despite the ups, there are the downs and Adele finds her love life to become extraordinarily complicated as she becomes torn between the tall, dark and handsome Mats and the sweet, patient and adorable Erik. Who will she end up with?
